Pod O'Sullivan
Co-founder
Pod is a co-founder of The Wisdom Vault. He also serves of the Managing Partner of The Leadership Context, a leading International Leadership advisory firm in Sydney, Australia.
Pod, as he is known to all his friends, is an author of the award-winning book series, Foreigner In Charge, an Educator at Sydney Business School, a podcaster of some renown and has recently commenced a Doctorate in Oxford looking into how men navigate midlife. In his spare time, he regularly attends gigs with his beloved Music Club, occasionally reads books for the book club, tries to compete in Hyrox and is fast becoming an expert in savouring single malt whisky.
Stephen Keys
Co-founder
Stephen is co-founder of The Wisdom Vault. He also serves as chair and board trustee on behalf of the IFS Foundation, a charity that funds educational and community development projects in rural Sri Lanka, and is Senior Director, Corporate Affairs at The Majurity Trust, a philanthropic organisation in Singapore.
Osh O'Sullivan
Editing Manager
Osh is the youngest of our contributors but don’t let that fool you. He is currently completing a double degree in Creative Writing and Studio Production, with the intention of writing for the film industry. He returned to Australia in late 2024 after trekking on a solo mission around Europe, which he says was purely for research purposes. When he is not writing or editing podcasts for The Wisdom Vault, you can find him watching obscure art house films and listening to emerging rappers.
